Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania-based Solid Cactus Call Center is a customizable customer service solution for eCommerce store owners.
Before shopping from home was heard of, Solid Cactus co-founders Scott Sanfilippo and Joe Palko took a chance and opened one of the first online stores to hit the web. Aspiring to sell supplies for pet ferrets, the two eCommerce pioneers released TheFerretStore.com in 1994, while storing inventory in an apartment closet.
Solid Cactus was formed in 2001 as an eCommerce total solutions firm. After successfully designing more than 3,500 websites and based on their own experience as eCommerce store-owners; Scott and Joe recognized the need to offer small and medium eCommerce businesses a customer service solution and Solid Cactus Call Center was launched in 2006.
After successfully designing more than 3,500 websites, and expanding internal capabilities to offer services for each level of online store development, Solid Cactus continues to make its own name in the world of eCommerce.
