As senior director of call center operations, Greg is responsible for ensuring growth and profitability for both the call center and our clients. |

Katrina Domkowski, Manager, SCCC Operations
Joining SCCC with eight years of customer service experience, Katrina Domkowski was promoted from customer service representative, to supervisor, to call center manager within one year. As manager, Katrina is responsible for the performance, attendance, and personal needs of each call center employee. Intrinsic communication skills and strong technical abilities make Katrina a valuable part of the Solid Cactus team. |
