In the past, Rebecca Pokorny has explored multiple aspects of customer service, including face-to-face, technical support, and telephone sales. Eleven years of experience help Rebecca train new hires and clients on how to, as she puts it, “bring their confidence through the phone.” Rebecca enjoys having the opportunity to help SCCC employees excel, and in turn, help the call center. |

Jason Alfano, New Hire & Client Trainer
The call center is his stage. With a background in theater and marketing, Jason Alfano has the creativity and people skills needed for his role as a trainer at Solid Cactus Call Center. Prior to his present position, Jason worked as a representative at Solid Cactus Call Center giving him first-hand experience with eCommerce, our clients, and their products. |
